Calm Embrace Birth & Postnatal Doula

As a mentored postnatal Doula, I am still working under the direction of my Doula UK mentor. This means that I provide the same service as a recognised postnatal Doula, but at a lower rate of pay. 

I provide the following support, although this list is not extensive & my support will be tailored to your needs:

Baby Care, advice & support

Caring for you & making sure you have eaten & rested

Infant Feeding Support

Signposting to professionals for extended support

Light housework & cooking 

Looking after older children

FEE

My fee is £10 per hour and I usually work under a minimum contract of 20 hours as this is what my traning requires me to complete for each job. Do feel free to get in contact to discuss your needs if they differ.
